Patricia Holt, CPA, CGA

Sole Practitioner/Owner

Patricia earned her CPA designation in 2009 along with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and has been practicing in public accounting since 1995. Patricia is committed to her clients and her team to deliver exceptional client service and continue to develop herself professionally and personally in the spirit of leadership and abundance.

Patricia supports her business community and is an active board member and volunteer for a variety of non-profit organizations and community events. Her passions outside the office are family, cycling and her fur buddy Terry, who you may meet when you come to visit.

MaryLee Vaughan

CPA

MaryLee is a CPA who resides in Spruce Grove with her family of four. MaryLee has a passion for accounting and loves to learn and expand her knowledge in the field. She has worked in industry and non-profit accounting and just recently began working in public accounting.

She enjoys spending as many hours as possible with her family, watching her boys participate in the sports they love, visiting with friends, and vacationing whenever time allows.

Kristen Knutson

Accounting Technician

Kristen moved to Devon in 2015 and started with the firm in 2017. Kristen has advanced her accounting knowledge in the past few years by taking on more bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She enjoys travelling with her family and spending time outdoors.

Conor Filtz

Jr. Accounting Technician

Connor has been a proud Devonian nearly his entire life. Having only one semester left to complete his degree in Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting (NAIT), he looks forward to applying his knowledge for the community he has grown up in and develop his knowledge of accounting further.

Our energizing junior leader was inspired to become an accountant from the movie, The Accountant. He enjoys learning and playing a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Rebecca Beck

Administration Coordinator

Rebecca has lived in Devon for many years and has always loved it. Her background is project coordinating in the construction industry, and we are grateful for her leadership at Holt & Co. as an Administration Coordinator to keep us organized. Her role with our firm, also provides her with a better work life balance to be more involved with her 2 children.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
